Our rose-flavoured Turkish Delight is made in small batches by a family-run artisan producer in the peaceful countryside of Afyon in western Turkey. Using a traditional recipe and the finest natural ingredients, their process reminded me of how I make nougat—carefully, slowly, and with heart.

I fell in love with this beautiful product while working alongside them and just knew I had to bring it home to Ireland.
