Our Pomegranate & Hazelnut Turkish Delight is made in small batches by a family-run artisan producer in the peaceful countryside of Afyon in western Turkey.

Made using a traditional recipe and carefully selected natural ingredients, each soft, jewel-like piece is flavoured with pomegranate, filled with hazelnuts and finished with a generous coating of delicate rose petals.

I first discovered this beautiful Turkish Delight while working alongside the family who makes it. Their slow, careful approach reminded me so much of the way I make nougat - with patience, attention to detail and a genuine love for the craft.

The result is beautifully soft and fragrant, with the fruity sharpness of pomegranate, the richness and crunch of hazelnut, and the floral finish of rose petals.

Presented in our signature wine and gold box, it makes a beautiful gift, something special to bring to the table, or simply a little luxury to enjoy slowly.

Sugar, water, corn starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), nature identical pomegranate flavour, colourant (anthocyanins), covered with rose petals.

Allergens

Contains: hazelnuts. May contain traces of: almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts.
Gluten free and suitable for vegans.
